We have just renewed our lease at Westridge Meadows Apartments, and plan on staying here until we can afford a home of our own. Great location, large apartments, friendly staff, and EXCELLENT maintenance service - overall a great place to live . . .IF . . . you are a responsible tenant. Yes Donna the Apartment Manager can be cruel (to put it nicely) if you are one of those tenants that just don't care about anyone but themselves or fail to follow the rules. When the apartments first started leasing - there were lots of college "partiers" since we are so close to PCC. There were also lots of unfit parents, who just didn't seem to care what their children were doing. The cops were here regularly to break up domestic abuse and what not - but slowly reasonable people looking to help make this a great place to live are replacing those types of people. There are fewer parties, fewer incidents, and fewer problems. The cops are still very visible, however, now it's just the reassuring patrol through the community. There is community events (BQ's & holiday gathering) sponsored by the Leasing Office as a way to get to know your neighbors. My only complain is the parking! Small spots with lots of people who can?t park! But on the bright side there are tons of visitor spots.

PS-about the other review . . . Donna does not live on-site - but why' Because she has 4 kids! The apartments are large - but not that large! However, all the other staff does live on-site - spaced fairly evenly around the community.
