Westridge Meadows Apartments

I feel sorry for the people who live there still! AWFUL! From: willows Date posted: 11/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Could you believe that a manager would be so inhumane' Reading the good ratings make sense right' The people who are irresponsible are what made it bad right' Wrong! My husband worked everyday 5 days a week and i'm a college student with a young child. If I would've read the bad reports before I moved in I wouldn't of believed that an adult who was given the position to run an apt. community could be so childish but because I've experienced it for myself It's extremely believeable. I couldn't agree more with the Can you say Ghetto reviewer! Seriously forget about your deposit and if you want bad credit just meet Donna she'll find some reason to dislike you. Maybe your prettier than her or maybe your just Happy! You don't have to be a partier or a unfit parent you just have to rub her the wrong way to be treated with such cruelty. Who wants to pay to live in an low income housing complex for the same price as an apt complex that isn't low housing' cause that's exactly how she makes you feel "low grade" I now live an apt that's the same price and more sq. footage and am treated very well. As for her not living there bcause of 4 children then what was her assistant managers excuse and why was she so worried that corporate was going to find out' She knew it was wrong and she knew she was in breach of contract. If she was unable to live in the apt. complex like she agreed to do then why did she take the job' She jeopardized the communities safety for her own selfish needs. If I had one word to sum up Donna it would be "SELFISH". If you read all the bad reviews on here you will notice that the main complaint on this apt. complex is her. So why hasn't corporate done something about it' Maybe they just don't care because we are just low income people, or maybe they know they'll just find some poor sucker who has no other option. Either way we are all human beings who are trying to provide a happy home for our family's or maybe were college students trying to afford the cost of living so that we can afford to have a family someday. So why should we have to compromise our happiness just to stay outta Donna's way' We shouldn't we should be treated with respect and corporate should be listening to the people who pay for this establishment to keep going rather than listening to the person who could be dragging it down. I feel the need to write this review because if I can save one person from feeling like I did while living there than I've done the right thing. I wish there was more that I could do but there's not! It's in the corporates hands and they don't seem to care enough about us "LOW-INCOME" people. So why should we support their company' All they have to do is listen to the reviews and I'm sure that correting just one mistake could stop the bad reviews and maybe they can start receiving some good ones that are not written by the staff themselves. Now I have no proof that there the ones writing the good ones but if you read them real carefully you'll notice that it's a defense letter to all the bad comments about Donna. You decide. Either way I hope corporate starts listening to his tenants cause I thought any buisness' modow is the customer is always right! Maybe that only stands for whealthy people not us low income people who pose in inconvienence on the high class people. No don't help the low income community cause then they won't have anyone to serve them their coffee!!!!! Well, for those of you who still liv there Good Luck!!!! For those of you looking don't compromise your safety and integrity. There are better options and even better customer service elsewhere. A place where we as humans are treated with the respect and our concerns and complaints are truly taken into concideration. Good Luck everyone!
