As a new/current resident of this complex I am dismayed to find this apartment rating site after I moved in....I will be giving notice on the basis of several health & safety issues and violation of fair housing practices . The duress I've experienced as these issues came to light, one after the other, in just weeks,makes me wonder how many others have had to suffer and for how long under the idle threat of an eviction on their credit record!Folks, you do have legal rights lease or no lease. You also have the responsibility to get the word out. With the help of sites like this
property management practices will only improve.

GSL Properties has been given numerous opportunities to defend the business practices and personal conduct of the current manager of their Westridge Meadows property. Don't worry, they know. Please note that the current move to employ a massive rent boycott until she is dismissed is neither recommended nor condoned by our attorney as he believes
it is best GSL resolves this matter internally.The sidewalk picketing suggestions are legal, however,be sure to contact the city hall of individual property locations even if it is still under construction.
