I am writing this comment in regards to the people who always want to complain. I have lived in a second floor 2 bedroom apartment for 2 years now at Westridge Meadows. My child and I have loved living here as it seems very safe as well as quiet. I don't know where the noise is but I certainly have not heard it. I have always been able to communicate with the office staff and maintenance in order to get done anything that has gone wrong with my apartment. For instance my heater stopped working one night at about 2 am and I called the after hours emergency number. The heater was replaced within 20 minutes. I am not sure why anyone else would have a problem with that. The manager called me the next day to make sure that it was in fact taken care. Now why isn't that ok' My child plays at the playground all of the time and I have not witnessed any health and safety issues. The office puts out any information given from local police departments to them about any safety issues in the area. I got on this site because a very angry lady told me to rate my apartment and to my dismay it seems as though no one is in fact rating this place but are using it as a tool to complain for something that has gone wrong for them. I am truely happy here because of both the office staff and maintenance department. I feel like they actually do care here.
