I moved in there in may of 02 right when it first was constructed. I had some problems with the low income part because i made alot of money. but we did the math up and i just barely qualified. I had these downstairs neighbors that blasted their music at 1am in the morning every day.. and donna got rid of them for me. I dont know why everyone is having such a difficult time with donna anyways. She was more then helpful to me in a number of different circumstances i endured. there was a time when income was a problem but they didnt evict me they stood by me and helped me through my hard times and provided me with everything i could have asked for. The staff was excellent. all the maintenance guys were awesome except kurt. there was only one altercation between a woman that lived below me accusing me of having a bunch of partys when i wasnt even home. but donna let us just take care of it ourselves and work things out. I would move back there someday.. but i wouldnt be able to because i make too much money.

this place was awesome. dont listen to these druggies that got kicked out. they are just mad because donna wants to keep it clean and safe for people that deserve more then a ghetto. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
