There are downfalls but what place doesn't. You only get one assigned parking space, but there is plenty of open spaces for your second car. Unfortunately, this is less than half a mile from Rock Creek PCC. So there are many college age kids that live here, so it is not always quiet, but management is good about telling them to shut up. Close to a lot of shopping, and a decent park.
