I don't understand why there are so many complaints about this place. I looked at so many apartments before I found this one, and it is not only the cheapest, but the nicest of the cheapest by far. For under $500, you get a large apartment, washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, patio and storage. I don't know what other people expect for that price, but in my opinion, that's a great deal.
It is very clean, very close to grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails and PCC, and very quiet. I never hear my neighbors, many of them with kids, or their electronics. The management is great. They've never given me a hard time about anything, and are always quick to handle any problems I might have.
If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the parking spaces are way too narrow. Also, the appliances aren't the best quality (but what do you expect'), so I've had to have a couple things repaired in the past few months. But they were all taken care of promptly by the friendly maintanence staff.
You really can't complain too much when you only plan to spend $500 a month... especially when that money goes such a long way. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
