Nice neighborhood, minus the talents. Better Management since 2005. Good School District, good price, good interior design and structure. Bus line, Grocery, no speed bumps (good!), Good for low income, must move on if you make enough money! Good luck.

I'm low income. Poor does NOT mean trashy...so I hope you will retract that opening statement. Very unfair.

That's true.. My daughter is friends with some girls who live there, I don't ever see them acting or dressing trashy. This is a tough state to get a very good paying job. You could be wealthy and be fake and trashy. Fake people are as bad as trashy people. Everyone is equal. However, they should have speed bumps on the main road, between the townhomes and the apartments, too many fast drivers, not safe for anyone crossing the street.
