I love my apartment. It is very cute and a great space to live in. While my neighbors are more than a little loud that almost comes with the whole "apartment experience"
Be aware that the staff while helpful will make the whole move in experience a very stressful one. It took them weeks to approve me and that is with a income within the range of what they ask and great rental history. They didn't seem to know what they were doing which only made things more painful. While this is a good place to live and a fantastic area don't expect the process to lightly. Start your paperwork as soon as you possibly can giving yourself atleast a month because chances are you will have to jump through a ton of hoops.
