I had problem after problem here. As others have said, the management is incompetent. If you're patient and don't mind telling people the same thing over and over until they get it right, by all means move in here. One month the office lost my rent check; I had to pay a stop check fee and the staff had the nerve to tell me, "we'll believe you THIS time" after I'd furnished the carbon copy of the check. My neighbors on all sides blared music, had wrestling matches and knocked my pictures down off the wall and broke them and even made the cover to my kitchen light fixture come loose and nearly land on my head. I complained more than 50 times and called the police at least ten time, even took it to the corporate office, and was treated as though I was the problem. Police are teeming there all the time; kids went missing, detectives knocked on my door, kids would vandalize the place and nothing was done. The noise level is exceptionally loud The apartments leak water - one time it was pouring in the top of my patio door, and the apartments collect mold easily as well. The price sure looks great, but trust me, it's not worth your sanity and sleep. My carpet wasn't even stretched to the walls and tack strips were exposed. You can find a comparable price that at least allows you to feel like you're at home and not in a seedy hotel where you can hear your neighbors going at it.
