We have lived in the townhomes by springville road now for two years. Other than the traffic noise, we love it here. We are actually thinking of moving into a rowhouse now in the same complex so we have more room. We have never had any problems with our neighbors and the location we live in is very isolated and quiet. The only time I can hear my nieghbors is when their dryer buzzer goes off or a door slams.

The internet does suck, but it is free. The staff can be slow on repairs but usually it is because it is something that is hard to get in.

Overall, I think we will end up staying here until we buy our next house (three more years).
