I moved out in March, however my lease wasn't up until months later. I tried to get out of the lease and couldn't so I ended up paying for 7 months that I didn't even live there.

I will agree that the rowhome I was in is VERY nice but the parking and lack of space for children was frustrating.

Cops were often called by neighbors, this kind of scared me a little. Also the noise level of my neighbors was outragious. You could hear everything: TV, Kids Playing, Radio, Sex etc. just as if it was in your own apartment. I complained a few times but each time it just seemed to get worse as if nothing was done.
