Since we first moved in this summer we signed a 6 mo. lease to make monthly lower. the apt. is very clean, everything in good order, if not, the maintainence quickly came and fixed it (little things calking, tub strip) etc., I was met with friendly service from Melissa and all staff, they fixed stuff in work out area that same week. I appreciate all that because it made my stay easier and less of a hassle. noise can be a problem if you face the main roads, so choose a different apt. on other side. anyway, we are now buying a house so ta ta.!
