Parking is VERY limited. We were told that tenants could only have one car parked on the street, but many tenants have one in the garage and more than one on the street.

Some tenants pick up dog waste, some don't. The urine spots killing the the grass are pretty gross. The smell from the dog waste receptical on a hot day is bad.

KIDS .... they play in the driveway areas between the buildings... scooters, big wheels, bicycles, skateboards, sidewalk chalk and even set up plastic swimming pools. This is not only blocks access to the garages, but is dangerous. And the squeeling and yelling echos between the buildings. Management has put out flyers outlining rules about this, but the very next week, or after the office closes, the kids are there again.

The decks are really too small to be useful. No central air. Maintenance is only OK, requires several calls.

Very hot in the summer. The temperature go up at least 5 degrees with each level.
