My company rent for me town home in this propety and I am living here almost a year. The true that the only one advantage of this propety is the nice appartment the rest of the things very bad. Examples are:
1. Management do not care of the people here fore examples constraction or cleaning works done sometimes during the weekends/holidays and sometimes in early morning and it very noisy. I am leaving near the pool and this pool were not cleaned at during the swiming season. It was cleaned after the pool was closed and the reason that all dirt come down and they had to show for new renters that pool clean.
2. There no parking space and if you have second car or friends come visit and you park near you garage that 90% that you car will be towled.
3. No play ground for kits.
4. Many more bad thinks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
