-parking sucks, but thats a given.
-they dont allow you any air conditioners and the places get unbareably hot when it's above 80 degrees.
-the master takes forever to bring down the heat, it's always easily 20 degrees hotter in there. Which isn't bad for winter but is no good at all for spring, summer, and most of fall.
-i've been here for awhile (multiple years) and it just seems to get worse.
-people are all friendly, but the managers are money hungry. if you move out, i doubt you'll be seeing much of your deposit.
-you can make your place look different at all! no window treatments, nothing on your deck, no decorations.. you can't even put anything up for shade out there unless it stands alone, and even then they'll be calling and complaining about it.
-you pay for your garbage seperately, not through them, and yet if you have your cans out infront of the garage you rent, you're being fined $50 every time. I don't recall them ever saying anything to me about this before. But I doubt they adverise that.

I guess it's ok for a temp. living situation, but I wouldn't suggest anybody living here. I'm certainly not going to be here much longer. Too much money to be living in the ghetto.

Wow... things management do to screw the tenants over, huh. That sounds insane. But yeah, we were charged for removing carpet that was bad to begin with, and broken blinds we asked constantly to replace, when they did get it we had to put it in ourselves, those too were broken. So that was an apartment called Cedar Mill Village, I hope WestView Heights isen't that bad.

Normal things I can see, but a couple of my neighbors i've had in the past literally have switched units after 2 weeks-1 month and they replaced the whole carpet in the entire unit on there tab. Can you believe that?!
