Seriously, this is the most overpriced apartment for the quality of construction. I can actually hear my neighbor use the restroom and that's just disgusting. Not only that, but the management is total crap. They took my potted plant off my porch because nothing was growing in it. Actually, I had tulip bulbs that had not come up yet. I went to the office to complain and I was turned away and told to read my lease agreement. Amazingly I didn't find anything on what to do if the management steals your plants.
Needless to say, we're moving out as soon as possible. However, I can say that the maintenance manager has been fantastic. he's the only employee worth keeping.
