I have lived here for one and a half years and the new management since December has been consistently incompetent. Accounting errors, late fees eviction threats for no reason other than they can't access the internet account to see who paid rent (this happened in December), sudden notices about infractions that were never made from my house but they want to give everyone notices (apparently its the only way to get others to obey some obscure rule). How nice to come home and find notices on your house with threats of fines and eviction when you have done nothing they claim but your neighbors certainly do with visitors at all hours of the day and night. Gee, I wonder what they are doing'
