My husband and I saw this place and thought "Wow, it looks great here!", and when we moved in in early 2008 it was fine. Since then, the management has proved themselves to be nothing but incompetent children, the noise is so outrageous that it woke my baby even with the windows shut, ghetto neighbors drag their tv's, beer, and dogs OUTSIDE night after noisy night, the carpet fell apart, and we have been fined for outrageous and stupid things. Run away and don't be taken in!
