Old apartment complex. Management company is stingy. Head shop next door. They're business is doing so well they remodeled! There was a meth lab across the street, but I think it was busted....twice. The junkyard across Division is especially attractive. The complex is wide open, and receives alot of foot traffic, as well as turn arounds from busy Division. They do accept section eight though, isn't that peachy' I know I want to live next to people without jobs... and their various boyfriends. Oh that's not fair at all. Some of the people on section eight there at Wetherburne Square were not single mothers of children with multiple dead-beat fathers at all. Some were former drug addicts that took so much dope they couldn't function, and now just live off the system. My apartment didn't have them, but I know several of the other buildings had cockroaches. There is an on-site manager to attend to your needs, but they tend to be battle-hardened veterans after serving on the front lines of Princeton Property Management. Need something fixed. They hire whomever works the cheapest... or the on-site manager has the option of half-assing it together and paying themselves extra for it.
