Ok, this isn't just any place, it needs a little help. The manager looks like a bruiser, but is the most patient, understanding and well informed man that I have met managing apartments. This man has nipped a whole lot of trouble... but still this property has a long way to go. It's been newly painted in the past couple of years, and landscaped, which makes the appearance better. If you are okay with kids, good. There are a lot of unsupervised kids here. There are also seniors and disabled here. I paid 30% of my income when I lived here and wouldn't pay full market rent *too high for the quality of the place* There used to be a lot of drugs here, but I don't know what it is like now. Didn't look any different when I drove by the other day, but I have confidence in this manager that he will do his best. Two bedroom apartments are VERY BIG! Pretty nice condition.
