It is a cross between a migrant workers camp and a fraternity house. Loud outside and the there is no insulation between apartments. Mail boxes, cars, and apartments have been broken into since I moved in. A police officer told me that he specifically recomends that people do not live here because it draws a bad element. The only thing going for it is the location. You can get much better for the same price or less
