I've live at Wimbledon for a year and a half and I'll be leaving later this month for reasons with no relation to the apartment complex.
Two biggest complaints. 1. Mail boxes broken into twice. for some reason they have a camara pointed at the parking lot, but not the mailboxes' They finally got their act together and built a caged mailbox area. 2. Noise in this place carries like crazy. Especially a problem if your bedroom is right next to the apartment next door. No problems with center bedroom. It also doesn't help that the neighbors next door have no concept of time. hammering, no joke, at 11:45pm and 5:30am (Noise complaints will work if you're persitent). People slamming doors and shaking the entire building.
Other than those two issues, I've had no other problems. The clubhouse was a nice incentive while living here, personally for the gym. Very convienient. Based on my overall personal expirience with the place I'd recommend it.
note to management: add more trash, more specifically recycling space, or have it picked up more often.
