ITs not to bad until soemthing goes wrong. We had a meth lab below us for about 5 months. They would not evict him until he stop paying rent. The mail boxes got busted into 2 times! They even sent a letter saying they would change the mail boxes the first time and did not. They towed my car, the plumbing was nice if you like sand in your water. There is nothing good about this place at all. Oh wait, they have tennis courts, that was nice.
