Complete NIGHTMARE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have way too many complaints about this place to list them all, but the worst part was the constant battle with the people leaving trash outside their doorsteps. We had to complain every other week because there were bags of garbage and diapers and all sorts of nastiness that we had to walk by to get to our apartment. It wasn't until we threatened to call the health department that they started to leave notices for people. I guess it's too hard for some people to get their garbage to the trash because it was 4 blocks away. We had our mailboxes broken into, laundry stolen (when I asked about the security camera in the laundry room the girl had no answers to why it was a blank tape!) and now that we've moved out they're fighting us about our security deposit. When I told them that I had read the oregon landlord tenant laws they told me that I'd have to speak to their lawyers! I HATE THAT PLACE! I'm just glad to be out of there...I would rater live in a studio shared with 10 people than live there again. It was awful and dirty and run-down.
