I am moving to Portland this fall and I have been searching for a place to live for months. When I came up to scope out the town, this was one of the apartments that I actually took a tour of. I thought it looked nice (especially the model) and the amenities were great. The staff were very sweet, they even sent me a card once I got back home.
Well after reading all these bad reviews, I will not be renting an apartment here. All of these reviews are not from one person trying to make the place look bad, this place must be just plain horrible. Thank you all for the insight.
