I have to say my overall experience at Wimbledon was not good. I don't even know where to start! I guess with my initial move in, I found old chicken strips in this corner in my kitchen, or actually my cat found them. So when I was doing my walk-thru I mentioned it on the sheet. The lady in the office acted as if I made it up, I was not happy.

My next problem came when I realized my disposal didn't work. The bathrooms weren't as clean as I thought they should be when you first move in somewhere. My toilet in one bathroom didn't flush the first day I moved in so I had to have maintenance come fix that. THEN the upstairs bathroom, which I didn't even use, began to make this extremely high pitched squealing noise. Again, had to call maintenance & schedule them to come fix that.

Then we had the really bad Winter storm, in which my heat all the sudden didn't work. There was no maintenance as they were unable to even drive to work so I bundled up with sweatshirts & tons of blankets. It was miserable, I might as well have sat outside in the snow. Ok, not that bad but it was a terrible few days.
My next complaint would be that I received a notice on my door telling me I had noise complaints. I found this extremely funny as I had been sick for 5 days with a fever of 103!!! I could barely roll over on the couch so I found it hilarious I was "loud enough" to get a noise complaint. I left it alone & didn't even talk to the office about it as it was just a warning. I then went to visit family 3 hours away for the weekend, came home & there was ANOTHER complaint, this time stating that I would be evicted if there was 1 more. So I went to the office, informed them that I wasn't even HOME on the dates they're accusing me of being so loud!! She did nothing. Absolutely nothing. She said, well does someone you know have a key' No. I had 1 key & I had it with me. She kept trying to make up all these excuses as to why the noise was my fault, plain & simple, it wasn't & I was extremely upset they would do nothing to fix the situation. This happened once more & again, I wasn't even in town & I told them to call these #'s & these people will tell them where I was & there was no way I could be making all this supposed noise. She finally said she would talk with the people complaining & find out if it was coming from somewhere else. I think that's what she should have done in the first place!

Another complaint would be the laundry & garbage facilities. It was a hike & a half to get to either, I just found it a pain.
I was also only allowed to park on a specific street, a street that was supposed to fit our whole complex! I found it frustrating to find a parking spot many times. I also agree with another reviewer about the heat issue. My heat was constantly on, it was only when it started to warm up that I turned it off but usually turned it back on at night.
I think the only good comment I could say about this place is that they LOOK very nice.
