I hated living here from day 1. It was my own fault for moving in, but I was not given the "full" details of the whole package. I have never rented a place where water/sewage/garbage is not paid for. I paid an extra $20/month for my cat, on top of a $300 deposit. They will try to lure you in with great deals such as "First month free" or "no security deposit", but don't jump the gun too soon like I did. I felt so unsafe, I didn't even want to walk to my car in the parking lot, with the fear that someone would harm me. My carpet was disgusting with stains, and the apartment was not fully cleaned when I moved in. Isn't that what the cleaning staff is for' My car was broken into, and when we went to the office to ask about their "security" cameras, they said that nothing is actually taped. What's the point of having them, then' Anyway, do not let them manipulate you like they did to me.
