This place is a trap. There late fees are ridiculous and they are way overpriced for what you get. I'm in a loft apartment (that means no bedrooms so it's pretty much a studio) and I pay $611. It's ludicris to pay this much. The cabinet door to where I store my dishes fell on me the second day I lived there. Since then, all kinds of crap has broken and gone wrong, and you literally have to call the maintenence man all out his name to get him to fix it. The staff in the office act more like collection officers than anything. The only redeeming fact is that there is a giant pool, which is usually overcrowded anyway. Everything they advertise like tanning beds and tennis courts, not worth it. Because I'm young, they stuck me way off in a corner with a bunch of party kids who keep me and my daughter up all night. I feel totally profiled and mistreated. Overall, I think this place stinks and is not worth anyones money. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

LOL - "profiled?" Don't you understand that mgt. offices don't keep records of demographics by region of property? They don't "Stick" you anywhere. Your apartment was what was avaialble, at your price range, at your time frame. The Fair Housing Laws enacted in 1988 made it illegal to have designated areas for age groups as well as any other "type group." I'm not even in the ------- business and I know this!

I've been profiled as well, but not by where I was located. They assume that just becuase my roommates and I are all teenagers, that we don't know anything about leases or what is and isn't fair. I can't wait for our lease to be up so we can get out of here!
