I lived at Wimbeldon Square when I first moved to Portland and didn't know anything about any of the complexes. This one is the worst by far. The walls are paper thin (I was woken every night by my sex-crazed neighbors) and had to listen to the metal plate in the street outside every time cars drove over it. There was mold growing in every corner of this apartment and it was always cold and damp. Maintenance was horrible and the lighting in the complex is minimal. The halls are dark and just begging for some poor girl to be taken advantage of. Cars are constantly broken into and the rent is way overrated, especially for the studio I lived in. When I moved to another apartment in the complex halfway through my lease (because of the noise in my current one) they made me sign a new lease agreement extending my miserable experience that much longer. Bottom line: It's not worth it...living in your car or a box would be better than this place.
