I have to totally agree w/the posts about hiking to garbage, laundry etc. It never occurred to me when I moved in to ask how close the garbage dumpster was! There is mold despite bleaching weekly. But my biggest complaint is the thin walls and constant noise. The ceiling above me is so thin that my neighbors above have knocked pictures off the wall when they run. I literally have to wear earplugs or I cannot sleep because of the noise.
