We moved in late November and just upon moving in we saw the condition of the apartment. The carpets looked horrible with all the brown stains in our livingroom and up every single stair leading to the bedroom and bathrooms. The walls have so much paint on them due to the lazy cleanning staff not wanting to clean the walls or the old paint off so its plastered on. Things were broked all over and looked like they had only vacumed and painted then moved us in. We called them to get the carpets cleaned and they said no we will send out the carpet staining people to restain the bad spots. Well once they got there they said they wouldn't do it cause they only needed to be cleaned not stained. When we told management that they told us we will just mark off the carpet on your list so we don't charge you when you move out. So we have to deal with ugly stains all through out our home. To my knowlege music is supposed to be turned down at 10pm and we don't have a proble keeping it down but when our neighbors complain about noise at 2pm in the afternoon its a little rediculous that we can't even listen to music because the walls are so paperthin. We have recieved 2 complaints from the people below us. We have talked to the other neighbors and they say keep it down after 10pm why should we have to suffer because this place sucks' We pay the most for out apartment and we can't walk around after 10pm cause the neighbors will complain its rediculous. This place is over priced and very dirty never move it!!!
