I lived at Wimbledon for a year in a downstairs apartment. The people upstairs always had huge parties and climbed the balconies to get in and out of the back door in the middle of the night. Then puked over the railing. They scared the cr*p out of my cats!

I moved over to Lambert Gardens because they supposedly screened their tennants better. But then Wimbledon bought out Lambert and now I live at Wimbledon again. Yay.

I'm moving in September. The grounds are not kept up well. The curtains and carpets in the apartments are about 80 years old and my shower only gets hot water for 5 minutes then turns cold. Not to mention all the mentally retarded tenants who live in the complex. I'm not anti-mentally-challenged-people but... The seriously unwell OCD guy who hoards things and lives next door...' Not the best neighbor when he's banging on his screendoor for no apparent reason at 2:00 a.m.
