A lot of people complain about the management, but there is one true way to get the managment off their butts and to do their job. It's yelling. When I first moved in, the apartment I was moving into was a mess. Nothing was how it should have been, and I was basing my decision off their "model". After I was done with my inspection, I got on the phone with the manager and laid into like she deserved. Needless to say, within 30 minutes, their were repair people in the apartment giving me new cabinets, sinks, dishwasher, doors, and a new countertop.

If you want something done, you need to yell. The best combination is be nice at first, then yell. If you're yelling all the time, they won't like you.

However, the biggest problem I have is the guy who has the alarm on his Geo Storm. I need to go tell him that it's a storm, anyone who would want to steal it wuold have to be on crack!
