This place seems nice on the surface, but once you've lived here for a while, you know the truth...they have great ammenities and nice-looking grounds which all seems great, if you want to deal with all the ***t. I have lived here 6 months and have seen 2 people die. One was in a fire back in Febuary and the other was in July. There are a lot of drugs and drug addicts. They dig through the dumpster at all hours of the day looking for cans to turn in for drugs. Yes they have 3 pools which seems great, but which one will you swim in...the small one that is secluded and only gets sun for half the day; the "party pool" (which is great if you want to enjoy a drink while you swim) where you have to deal with druggies and crackheads because there are drug dealers that live right next to it; or will you choose the one by the leasing office which seems safe but there are always small children swiming in it and there are always too many people because no one wants to go anywhere else. In the time I have lived here, (in only 6 months time) I have heard of rapes that have occured, heard gun shots at night, heard of cars being broken into, heard of robberies of apartments done by fellow tennants,the police are always here, and get this: one night I come home this summer from the store, it was about 9:30 pm. there were about 10 black guys standing in my parking lot just hanging out. they would shout at girls walking by. this went on for 2 nights. I didn't feel safe to leave my apartment. I have a very annoying neighbor living above me that has parties almost every night. they are loud, they throw their cigarette butts on our back porch, they pour beer over the belcony and if we were to move to another apatrment, the leasing agents were going to maek our lease even longer! so we have to stay where we are because we don't want to be here for any longer that we have to be. I have been fortunate enough to get mantenance done to my place whenever I put in a request however, they do a terrable job: our first week there, one of our doors wouldn't close from all of the coats of paint they spray in there so the maintainance guy takes his hammer, bangs on the top of the door, busts it up, and then puts caulking over it to cover it up!; another time our bathtub was clogged, every time we showered it would fill up, so we called them. They put 4 bottles of draino in it. It was only good for a day. We told them they have to snake it but they wouldn't listen. We also signed this thing that said that if we needed something fixed and we weren't home that they didn't have permission to enter. They came in anyway and the management didn't care when we told them. So bottom line: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! it is a waste of your money,there are creepy and dangerous neighbors, and the management sucks! Take it from us...DON'T DO IT!!!
