This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I used to be in the military and have lived in some pretty bad place but this place takes the cake, or rather the ants do. If you live here make sure you never have anything with sugar in it. If you get an apartment off 28th street you'll get to hear traffic all night, oh and around 2 or 3 am every night a train wistle. The front lawn turns into a swamp after it rains because of poor drainage.
