I've lived at wimbledon for a little over a year now and am perfectly happy here. I love my apartment and how close I am to downtown. They did some up-grades in my apt when I renewed a couple months ago and it looks great (some new lights). Sometimes my neighbors are loud, but nothing I haven't listened to at every other place I've lived. Maintenance takes care of things pretty quickly and the office staff is always nice when I come through to do laundry or pay rent. For the price, you really can't beat the location or the fitness center - and it's the first place I've ever lived with a tanning bed.

If you have lived there for 1 year and you are happy there why the h--- are you checking out www.ApartmentRatings.com? I have followed this web site for 1.5 years and especially the Wimbeldon Square because of the loft...but with all the poor reviews and careless management I have not even bothered to call them. Also discouraged all friends from even considering to tour the place. The owner MUST change management company and clean that place up!!! Otherweise high turnover, high maintenance expenses and low census. I rather pay $50 a month for tanning than deal with crime, loud people, and sloppy management!!!
