Overpriced, but decent

If you've taken the tour or even driven by, you'll realize that this super-complex is huge. It makes sense that they would have issues with management and maintenance being able to respond in a timely manner.
I lived there two years ago and had a pleasant experience, however. I was able to park my car right outside my bedroom window and there are doggy bags for when I took my lab outside. One night there was a gunshot in the parking lot right outside my bedroom window, but what do you expect when living in that neighborhood' I heard rumors of stolen cars and some shady characters walked around at night, but again, with a huge complex that is hard to manage. Maybe the really high prices are there to defer that type of tenant.
Moved out, got my deposit back fine, minus the pet fee for the carpets which I didn't think were bad but was told it is standard that they are replaced after every tenant. The jacuzzi room was gross, but cheap tanning on site, and two nice pools if you go during non-peak hours because they get really crowded. I'd go back, maybe, but I didn't appreciate the one time I washed my clothes in the on-site laundry facility and left for an hour to come back and find all of my panties missing. Gross.
