maintanence is questionable, definitely had my things rummaged through and a few things taken.
When i reported it to mgmt. and asked about it, they said "they could guarantee 110% that their maintenance man R-----" did not take it. INTERESTING, because no one else besides mgmt.\maint. has a key to the apartment.
I would also like to mention, that they claim to have video surveillance of all the parking lots and a night guard to keep watch of the property- not the case.
I have been living there for 8 months and there have been 4 cars broken into in that time that i know of-(not the entire complex). I was able to deal with it with the help of police but mgmt. was not helpful in allowing me to view the video footage or get back to me on what they had captured on tape. plus, where was the night guard'
They were unprofessional and showed no compassion in these situations.
Also, would like to mention that i reported that the shower had smelt like mold- and wanted them to check it out. they said there was nothing wrong and added a layer of caulk to it.
Two months later entire tiles were coming off the walls because they were attached to moldy, soft "remains" of the wall. It's sick! they try to repair it by adding more caulk to cover it up, but the mold is still down there as the "foundation" of the tile- they have not taken care of it properly at all. Currently, i'm investigating rights with mold & tenant sickness.
they are unresponsive, unprofessional, and unwilling to cooperate with the individual. They treat you as a number- and really do things based on how they can save money not solve problems. incredible.
if you are seeking an unpleasant taste in your mouth, definitely move here. location is ok though- so are some of the tenants.
