SOMEONE PLEASE CALL THE CITY AND HAVE THIS PLACE CONDEMED BEFORE SOMEONE DIES FROM MOLD

I used to live here a year ago and this place seriously needs to be turned in to the City and County. There is mold everywhere- closets, ceiling, carpet, appliances- air everywhere! Princeton Property also owns TryMax up the street on 165th Burnside and a friend on mine recently moved out due to guess what you got it! MOLD! TURN THIS PLEX AND MANAGMENT COMPANY IN. I have already put in complaints with city and management company - more people that complain this place will have to be condemed! Somone is going to die from mold exposure and I sure hope that it wont be a small child!

It is a high chance that you added to the issues with the mold by not cleaning and using exhaust fans. only 80 of the 1.5 MILLION species of mold are allergenic. 25% of the earths biosphere is comprised of fungi, mold. Less than 10% of the population is sensitive to mold. It's funny how people think they can die from mold "toxic mold syndrome" when it hasn't been scientifically proven that it even exists. It's all hype. Yes, I find it amusing to respond to ignorant people. I am looking to move in to this place and think I will go in Monday for an application. I know how to prevent mold and the best part of this complex will be that this "anonymous" coward who lets mold infest her apartment won't be living next to me!

Well said Sir. The complex is also not managed by Princeton Property anymore. I've driven by a few times to look at this complex myself, it is now managed by Norris and Stevens.
