I lived in Arizona an there was less -------- there then here at Windsor Court here in Portland Or Parking is a Pain. The apartments you cant keep warm we spend 140$ a month on trying to keep this 2 bed 2 bad town house warm. Water was 85$ a month until they put it in our rent ( I think we were paying other peoples water bill. No body can park here. All the -------- family members take your spot an there are no guest parking. waste of money at 720$ plus 140 to heat this P.O.S that's 860$ The cops are always at the Max or at all the other apartments around them. There is a New manager I don't know how she is but I'm glad Harold is gone feel sorry for the new complex that got him.

I used to live in that complex and moved out Sept 08. It was such a blessing when I did! I had never lived in such a old molded crime infested apartment. I moved to a complex that was in built at end of 2006 and pay 725.00 a month for my 2 bedroom towhome that has washer and dryer in apartment and they pay for water and sewer. I am surrounded by beutifull row houses that are owend and keep the neighborhood nice!
