Windsor Manor Apartments

Not so bad for the area, Great for people who use TriMET From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The complex is kept vary clean. The playground could use some work though. The manager is vary nice and does her best to make everyone happy. I've never had a issue with the Maintenance. I live on the 1st floor, the hallways are wide. bathroom is vary large for a apartment. kitchen is wonderful, the stove, dishwasher, sink are nice and full sized. I have plenty of room for all my dishes. the bedroom closets are huge, i have a dresser in one of mine and still have room to hang clothes on the other side. the carpet is grayish colored and easily stained, but the manager offers a 6 month cleaning. which i have used once so far. there are 3 visitor parking spaces which can sometimes be an issue. The only issues i've had are with the neighborhood which is pretty rough great for BUS RIDERS its a short walk to the 162ed max stop and the #20 stark/Burnside there is a 7/11 right around the corner, Main Street Restaurant, Chinese Garden Restaurant (vary good & cheap)
