Feels like a retirement community

At first I really liked this place -- the trees and waterways give the property an appearance that is a cut above other properties in the area.
However, after a couple of months the noisy fountains and ducks started to become a nuisance. Particularly the ducks, which would sometimes quack all night.
I found the apartment I had to be very affordable and I enjoyed the loft unit very much. Made a cool little office space.
Barely saw any of my neighbors. Friends would comment that the place looked like a retirement community. It might be, in retrospect.
Overall a mixed bag. Would only recommend it to duck lovers, shut-ins, or the elderly. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
