The apartment complex has lots of people of different ages. Not too many kids. They allow little dogs and cats. The design of the apartments is a bit dated but they are well-maintained, safe and clean. Rent is relatively affordable. Utilities are higher because they are not very energy efficient. Overall very nice. I lived there 3 years. Management is good.
