The apartments are nice and big, and the people living and working here are friendly. Although, most of the tenants are kinda old so it's not the best place if you are young, especially if you like having people over. The laundry room was always busy, they only have three machines for the whole complex. Parking was terrible, i had a two bedroom but they only gave us one parking spot and visitor lots are few and far between. I never had any problems with anything in the apartment. Upon move out they kept the entire deposit because of small stains on the carpet. Safety was never an issue. The walls are thin between bedrooms so if you have a noisy roommate do not move here.
