Too much and rising!

When I moved there, rent was a little more than I wanted to pay, but worth the pretty trees and duck pond (though at times it was poorly maintained). They raised the rent and so when it came time to renew the lease, staying there was out of the question. There are places just as nice and bigger down the street for $600-$750 and they wanted to charge $950! Plus they charge you extra for water/sewage/trash, which most other places cover.
I also thought the management was pretty incompetent. They'll let just anybody go behind the counter and pick up their mail/packages without checking; one time someone else got MY package! Also, they gave me inaccurate information about when my lease actually expired so I had to pay extra month-to-month penalty fees.
The windows and walls have very poor insulation so you'll definitely be freezing in the winter and suffocating in the summer. Finally, if you DO move there, beware! If you are on a lease, you have to give 60 days notice before you leave; just another way to make a quick dollar off you!
