The Manager: is very nice, and proactive when speaking of her company. However, Summit Real Estate Management is the worse when it comes to hiring qualified maintenance crew.

CLEANING CREW: I was told the cleaning crew that clean my apartment when I moved in was let go, therefore, I do not know about any current cleaning crew. My apartment had food inside the shelves and tons of bugs dead and alive, dirt and mildew around the windows and doors, rust and lots of dirt in the bedroom closet area; let s not talk about what was on the walls in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was so full of dust and rust it was a wonder it worked. The back porch cannot be kept clean due to the deck above, the deck is a bad design and unless you are retired and have time to clean all day. It took me days and days to clean what should have had some standard cleaning. I had to ask for several things to be repaired and they were done timely, except the electrical that was fixed, still is not right, the plugs are unsafe, they have sparked, and any cord plugged in will vibrate out on several of the plugs. The front door has a gap in it so large, at night we can see the light on the floor from outside. This is also an entry for the bugs and any other creepy things.

MAINTENANCE MAN: is not qualified to make repairs, you have to clean up after him when he has been in your apartment. He leaves dirty foot prints, and hand prints. His communication to the manager is incorrect, and his work is shoty. The apartment above me became available and several different days when maintenance was in, I had to clean up cigarette butts and other garbage. He is lazy and dirty, and not trust worthy. (Sorry - creepy too). The door to the pound maintenance shed was broken and half caved in for months, a child or pet could of fell in. There is broken glass on the grounds he could have picked up many times, but doesn t. Drains for water on the grounds get plugged and rarely cleaned, I myself have cleaned two more than once. There is rust and allege on the steps, be careful you may slip and fall.

HOT TUB & POOL: dirty and unsanitary, do not use. No covers for the pool so there is duck in the pool when not being used. Not the ducks fault.

DUCKS & POND: If you like ducks they are great, they will come up to lower level doors, but many have found good and creative ways to block them out. The pond is so dirty it is possibly a health hazard. There are rats (big ones), and they have found ways in to apartments, mainly large holes near plumbing. The fountains are on even when during freezing weather, and when the wind blows the bad water blows to the nearby apartments. Needs to have a better system for health safety.

HOT WATER TANKS: some are outside in a shed area and turned so high that the water is scalding hot. Best not to ask for a maintenance repair.
