I couldnt beleive how many problems this place had, it looks horrible on the outside and is horrible on the inside. First off this apartment is highly overated by the 90% elderly residents here. I felt like I lived in a nursing home! Everywhere I look old people one after another. And they love to go to bed right when the sun goes down! and if your awake they will get mad so set you bedtime at 7:30 everynight. It is no where near the place for children! Okay now lets start on the pest problem this place has. In my year stay at Woodlake Ive see thousands of spiders dead and alive. this place is impossible to kill bugs. Next the foundation itself is old and mostly likely has holes that lead to the outside. I lived on the top floor and not once but twice I caught two baby frogs in my apartment. Its was sick! And the water that the ducks stay is the most dirty water i have even seen it is a dark green color with millions of bugs. I thought the ducks were a cool aspect and probley the only nice aspect of the place.

The maintenance guys was like a crack head, just the most ugly creepy and smelly guy in the world. I dont know how he got hired here he looks like a homeless man off the street. And from the first month of moving in here we had to have our shower head, dish disposal, sink, fixed as non were working properly. Not to mention the manager promised to have our place cleaned after we moved in cause she continued to show it to people. But she never did it. Parking here is a mess, the place looks horrible on the outside, some interiors are remodels but still arent nice. This apartment complex was build in 1980 and is one of the oldest moldest apartment homes in the Portland area. I havent seen anything as worse as this in my entire life. If I could get my year of rent back I would! DONT MOVE IN... BE CAREFULL VERY VERY SHADDY PEOPLE RUN THIS PLACE... IF YOUR THINKING OF APPLYING DONT! THE SAFEST PLACE YOU WILL BE EVERY BE IS A MILLION MILES OF THIS DUMB.
