Don't move here if you want things in good repair

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Good location if you use public transportation - buses are 2 blocks away. Shopping is OK w/Circuit City, Fred Meyer, a liquor store and Winco within a few blocks. If something breaks (like my stove & disposal) don't hold your breath. There's no permanent on-site manager so some things just never quite get fixed. They do allow kids and pets and still it manages to be fairly quiet.
