I lived in Woodside Vista for a couple years, my daughter had MANY problems with the other Latino children ( I myself am Mexican-American) who were BIG problems, smoking weed, swearing and abusing other tenants cars like they were toys at all hours of the night. This lead to an onsight battle that was very unpleasant. The manager did NOTHING but laugh at my stories and give me an attitude when I told her of my tires being slashed, the stereo blasting to be ignornant and wake my family, and they also harassed a very nice mixed American couple that had just moved in to no end, calling them racist slurs and also slashing their tires! The last person who gave this place a yes also stated she had tire slashing, which makes me question how do you say it's ok to live here unless you're a section 8 welfare person' Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I moved when I was not yet prepared to because enough was enough! Maybe this new manager she refers to is better, but until the disrespectful element leaves it will still be a bad place to live.
